Zen Rosa (Farrington x Jazz x Purioso) comes from an
excellent mare line in Holland which is full of predicates such as keur,
preferent and preferent prestatie mares. On the stallion side of her pedigree,
the dressage progenators are abundant including Farrington, keur, the super
stallion Jazz, keur, Purioso and also has the famous Doruto, preferent, blood
that has produced top dressage horses such as Olympic Barbria and
Chevalier.

She is a very modern mare with an
uphill build and three excellent gaits. When we first acquired her as a four
year old, we presented her to the KWPN jury in 2008. The jury agreed that she
was special. She was the Reserve North American Champion for all the mares
presented in Canada and the United States for
studbook.

In addition, she was
the Reserve North American Champion for the IBOP (mare talent test) and again,
the Reserve North American Champion for the four year old DG Bar Cup. Finally,
in 2008, Zen Rosa was the KWPN Champion for the USDF All-Breeds 4 & 5 year
old Materiale.
In 2009, Zen Rosa will
compete in First Level and show as a 5 year old in the DG Bar Cup. We are
looking forward to breeding her as well.
