| Nicki’s love for dressage and horses began to flourish
at age 11 when she began formal instruction in dressage and eventing after
spending her early years riding western. Nicki’s dressage education was
influenced by many local dressage trainers, including Kari McClain, Roxanne
Christenson and Jeremy Steinberg. As a young rider, Nicki collected many regional titles, graduated as an “A” from the United States Pony Club in 2002, and finished ninth at the 2002 North American Young Riders Championships. More recently Nicki has had many successes with her FEI mount Eloge II. After taking Nicki to the 2002 NAYRC, Elo was trained to Grand Prix with the assistance of Jeremy Steinberg. Nicki and Elo successfully competed in their first season at Grand Prix in 2005, earning two scores of 70%. They also finished third at the Regional Dressage Championships and second at the Northwest Championships at Grand Prix that year. |

| In 2006,
Nicki and Elo competed in the inaugural Brentina Cup held in Gladstone, New
Jersey. This national competition, which is open to riders aged 20-25, is
designed to showcase Advanced Young Riders making the transition to senior
Grand Prix competitors. In addition to participating in this prestigious
competition, Nicki and Elo also won the ODS Intemediare II Championships and
Northwest Dressage Intermediare II Championships. They were also Reserve
Champions in both the ODS Grand Prix Championship and Region 6 Intermediare II
Championship. In addition, they became FEI Freestyle Champions at both the
Heart of the Valley. |

| Dressage Show and the Champagne Classic. Finally, they
finished this very successful year by placing sixth in the nation for USDF
Horse of the Year at Intermediare II. In 2007 Nicki added several promising
young horses to her training and show schedule. Next year she plans on
competing in several California Dressage shows. Nicki's constant companion is
Zeus, her loyal and trustworthy Jack Russell/Chihuahua cross. In her spare
time, Nicki enjoys movies and relaxing with friends. |
